Lord, to the ends of the world
Your Gospel I wish to bring.
Let man bruise my flesh, draw
blood, and shatter my bones.
These passing surroundings and temporal
frame are not what concern me.
Your Kingdom in the Sky and the eternal
salvation of others are on what my mind are set.
The plan You have in store for me is
one of such great joy and exciting adventure!
Show the Light of Life through I, and
teach me to be a good and faithful servant.
To serve Father God and to serve others
just as Christ did—that is who I yearn to be.
Reign over me and guide me on straight pathways,
lest my mind, body, and soul become weary and I falter.
Your Power (Spirit), Your Love (Jesus), Your support (brethren)…
bestow upon me these great energizing forces, to aid me in my walk.
May these things come to pass; and may I please You well enough to
hear You say to me on that day, “Well done,” dear Abba… Father…
